Gavin's first band-aid for a boo-boo other than a shot. He tripped and scrapped his knee at the pool on Tuesday. Then on Wednesday he fell and got a rug burn in the exact same place. The rug burn was a little oozie, so I pulled out his Veggie Tales band-aids.

Climber

When Gavin sets his mind to something, he is determined to master it. Today's skill to master: the dining room chairs. Once he figured out how to do it, he got down and did it again. And again. And again. And 20 more times.

Our Home Theatre

It's done. Finally. Our home theatre is 100% installed and functional. The whole idea of building a home theatre started about two years ago. My wife and I are very much into music, movies, and TV and for nearly two years we have toyed with the idea of completely reinventing our living room experience. Until last week that experience included a 27" analog TV, DVD player, VCR, and two gaming systems (Wii and PlayStation 2). Today, the experience includes a complete lineup of high-definition video, high-fidelity audio, and a seamless integration of nearly everything digital in our lives. What a Trooper

It's the middle of our family trip to Puerto Morelos, Mexico and Gavin continues to amaze me. He was absolutely wonderful on the plane and everyone enjoyed his t-shirt touting "Congratulations! You get to sit near me". He has been such a trooper! It doesn't matter if his naps are out of whack or lunch is an hour late. In fact, he is wearing us out when we try to wear him out! More stories, pics and videos to come later.
